General Terms:
Psychology Sessions are held online or in person at my West Cork office and last 45-50 minutes.
Sessions can be booked on a pay as you go basis or as a block, usually 4, 6 or 8 weeks
Assessments are always in person and the main testing session lasts 1.5 -2 hours
Fees
Psychology sessions fees range from 100-150Euro. Assessments range from 800-950 Euro, Please get in touch for more specific information with regard to brief reports, report addenda, etc
Assessment fees: 100 Euro deposit payable at time of booking to hold the appointment, balance to be paid on the day or before
Psychology sessions Payment: For Zoom sessions payment is due in advance of the session. Payment options are outlined at the time of booking. A reminder will be sent a few days prior to your appointment time with payment options. If no payment has been received, the appointment will not go ahead. For in-person sessions, payment is due on the day.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible via email. All appointments require 2 days’ notice of cancellation. There will be no charge in this event.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at 50% rate. Credit can be refunded or applied to your next session. On the day cancellations/ no shows may be charged in full.
Dr O’Byrne will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible of any need to cancel or reschedule a future appointment, for instance due to illness. Any appointments that need to be rescheduled by the psychologist do not incur a cost to the client – the appointment fee can be refunded or applied to the next appointment.
Public Health: Please do not attend;
- You or your child has tested positive for COVID-19 and are not symptom free for more than 14 days.
- You have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- You or your child, or someone living in your home, are experiencing symptoms such as cough, high temperature or shortness of breath.
